Crossfit Lehi is my happy place! The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the gym is huge, and my kids loving to play with their friends in the day care. It has made all the difference in striving for a healthy lifestyle and I'm so glad I took the plunge two years ago! I can't recommend it enough for ANY skill level.
