This company builds Poorly built furniture! A cal king platform bed I purchased collapsed in the middle. The very thin strips of wood bowed on 2 ends met in the middle with a very flimsy 1x1 cheap strip of wood. There is no way this cheap design could have held a heavy mattress. Multiple attempts to contact the company failed. 2 emails were rejected electronically from an Email address looked like a cheesy personal email with a womans name. The 3rd attempt 2 weeks ago on the company's website went unanswered. This company obviously has no customer service skills whatsoever. The Coaster Fine Furniture label has NO physical address for the company, and says "Made in Malaysia"! Very cheap furniture and no customer service. Avoid this company!
