I loved the service I received, I just like to know why I m not told about repairs or other services I may need then ? I recently had an oil change and the fuel injection flush. I didn t know till I got home and looked the paperwork that I needed the transmission flush. If I had known while I was there I would of had it done then. Also I use to get a print out of the specs on my alignment, now I don t ever get one. So now I never know if it s off at all. I think there needs to be better communication between the shop managers and the customers.
