ER Triage nurse was lacking personality and warmth... In fact, she was rude. Terribly bothered to have had to help someone.

Terrible introduction/representative of this new and improved facility. Ironically this is hospital week!

Outstanding service in the back. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Caring.
