Encore/Wynn has been the best hotel on the strip for 10+ years. The old adage, " you get what you pay for " reigns true here. Although Encore/Wynn can be a little more expensive than most of the hotels on the strip, their room rates can be comparable to The Cosmo, Palazzo, and the rooms at the newer towers of Caesars.
