Had our Mass Save energy assessment and weatherization project done by American Installations. We are new homeowners and don't have much to draw from for comparison, but we are fully satisfied with the work that has been done and hope our home will benefit from the improvements in the long run. We especially appreciated their level of customer service regarding communication (confirmation phone calls and working patiently with us as we needed to reschedule at the last moment, called when team was on the way, they notified us of opportunities to reschedule for earlier, etc.). The team we had in our home for weatherization/insulation were all hard-working, courteous, and professional young men, and we appreciated their independence and ability to keep the noise/distractions down on the day of the project so we could go about our business. We also used American Installations to get a quote for installing mini-splits for heat/AC, and although we decided against the project for now, that free consultation appointment was very informative.
