My name is Angele Dequanne and I've recently transferred to Herman's Pharmacy. Excellent service. However, There's one employee who is responsible for answering the telephone and for some reason she is very rude when talking to me and seems to not give me the opportunity to speak to anyone else. I have never met this person and feel very intimidated by her. She has no idea of my medical condition yet chooses to judge me. I've had to stop working due to health issues but was in the health care field myself in fact am more qualified than she is. We go to pharmacies not only for prescription pick ups but for advice as well and we certainly don't need workers to intimidate us. We are in a very serious pandemic at this time and I understand that everyone is under a lot of stress but employees like her we certainly don't need. I strongly recommend that she find another field that she would be happy to be in as I don't believe she's in the right field at this time. As patients, we don't need to feel uncomfortable when going to our Pharmacies. Herman's Pharmacy is an excellent place to go to and I recommend them to everyone but it takes only one employee to ruin it for some patients. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly. Other than that, I thank Herman's for their exceptional customer service.
