Their towing service and customer service for that...

Their towing service and customer service for that part is horrible. My daughter was stranded on the side of the road on McLoughlin near their facility and my daughter kept calling asking how long and they would say 15 min more each time. Finally when she called, they said they didn't have any trucks available and that she'd have to call her insurance company back and start over again - this was after 2 hours of sitting on the side of the road in the dark and rainy.......the operator didn't even bother calling the my daughter to tell her, my daughter had to find out by continually calling. The operator gave no excuse either, just that no trucks would be available for the night.......ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. They also knew she was on a dangerous corner near Railroad Ave and only 18 yrs old and stranded - lived in Salem and needed a tow all the way back to Salem.....I was furious!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will also be complaining to State Farm which is who has them on their list of approved towing companies.
