Unfortunately I am not too happy right now this Home builder. I bought a new home in which they installed heating and air conditioning installed by Alberta mountain air.. Neither the builder or this installer indicated that I had to register the furnace within 60 days of moving into my new home so my warranty was reduced from 10 years on parts to 5 years....I just had a major part fail that would have been covered by the warranty but because it was not registered within 60 days the warranty did not cover the part. I have given this installer and the builder the opportunity to resolve this and pay for the part, but they have refused.....I would not use this installer or Astoria homes. I know Astoria is closing down and Jim and Lisa could care less but sometimes it is better to do the right thing. They have chosen not to, but if for some reason they change their tune I will be happy to remove this review.
