Turned in my Audi a week ago (on a Friday) and was...

Turned in my Audi a week ago (on a Friday) and was supposed to get a diagnosis on the following Monday. It's now been a week and this service center has attempted to charge me $450 in unnecessary fees prior to even completing an evaluation. My rep leaves me voicemails just before closing and says he'll call in the morning but doesn't and is never available at his desk. He hasn't checked voicemails I've left him and I had to have a receptionist leave a note at his desk to get him to call back.
