I am modifying my previous review. Even though the nursing staff in the cardio department was rude and miss handle a situation, hospital patient advocate service does a good job about following up with complaints and provide coaching for the next time. That s all you can hope for after a bad situation and I m trying to be open-minded and not let that ruin the overall experience of the hospital. I did have a good experience with the doctors. They were knowledgeable and informative. I give them 2.85 stars and hopefully after the next day my rating will go up.
