My advice: stay away from this company. In February I provided Bliss with a clear brief and Bliss agreed that the work should take less than a week. The developer quickly billed for hours in which nothing was done. Following a complaint, a Bliss manager stepped in and promised everything would be fixed. Nothing was ever done to fix things, and I did not receive a refund either for the idle hours and unmet contract. I recently asked a different developer to work on the project and they were able to get working code together in less two days.
