Customer Service

Very good overall, the bars were well manned, restaurants fast to act for requests and the cleaners were very good everyday. Pat on the back for the team, they did everything in a positive manner.

Food/Drink

Best bit, excellent variety for both vegetarians and meat eaters & great fresh quality. Staff were very good with requests (I had a couple) and what we were very impressed with was the vegan section and the excellent managing of the covid situation.

The food at the Italian and Mediterranean restaurants were very good.

Top label brands in the evening and local stuff during the day, excellent with the measures and quality of cocktails! Daily use of the Champagne bar, well manned by George, def try the Rhosecco! Also we loved the glasses and crockery, great standard.

Room

Good solid facilities, happy with bathroom and clean.

Beach/Pools

Both busy areas plenty of deck chairs but gets filled up quickly.

Main pool excellent size, could see that it would be extremely busy in high season.

A DJ/music would give it a much livelier vibe, was a bit quiet at times. The Main bar was quick with service.

The beach sand was grainy (not golden sands) but well kept. There is a golden sands beach about 10 mins walk away.

Entertainment

Something every night great mixture of performing acts and live singers. Animation team tried their best during the day, aqua aerobics was will attended.

Covid

Such a tough job through CV19, but hand sanitizer, cleaners active throughout, expectation of mask wearing, plastic gloves at the buffet and good use of distancing throughout.
