I was charged in double by the driver and careem separately. I did complaints several times, but they just responded with standard answer. Actually my ride fee higher than expected not because of traffic problem. It s cheating. I asked the driver do I need to pay by cash. He said Yes . After the trip, careem charged me again with credit card. OMG. How could it be!
