Elder daughters wedding and reception. Jake was our dedicated host and was brilliant throughout. As Father of the Bride I was justifiably proud and everything went smoothly.

The ambience of the venue was just right for this special occasion.

With a diverse range of dietary requirements to cater for, the food was very good and as far as we are aware everybody needs were catered for.

The only thing I would suggest for management review is the booking/check in procedure. As a corporate traveller I have stayed at some fantastic hotels and enjoyed platinum card benefits. Giving credit card details to make the booking then presenting the card at check in and then presenting the card again at departure did seem a bit antiquated compared with what I am used to elsewhere. Having said that they have been as a corporate guest and I suppose that they may have a different value to the hotel versus us being there holding a wedding celebration.
