The people are very friendly, but dont bother to use the service department. Every time I schedule an appointment, I am stuck there all day. Even for minor things. There is no point in scheduling an appointment because it doesn't make your vehicle get looked at any quicker. It is super frustrating, and not worth the time or the money. Go to your local mechanics if possible.
