Was greeted by a male who did not take names or number in ur party ??
Wrote nothing down
I was told to take a seat in a waiting roped off area
People were sitting but not in any particular order order just random
10 minutes later a young lady came out approached no one
She seemed to be the hostess so I approached her and asked r u taking names she said I have a list
Ok well I was told to sit over there and no one took my name or wrote anything down I spoke with a young man and you were not here do you want to take my information see rolled her eyes only wrote how many in ur party by this time there are appr40 people waiting and we r told it will be a 20 minute wait because they r decorating? It s saturday at lunch ????
Then the hostess was overheard by my daughter saying I was rude so she was going to make me wait
Great customer service
The server gave good service food was also good
Front of the house and management of the restaurant need to get on point and adjust their attitudes hurting the business big time
