Rich in service took excellent care of myself, my wife, and my car. He was professional, thorough, and prompt. He did a great job of setting expectations so that there were no surprises.

The technicians finished my car quicker than I expected and returned it to me in a cleaner condition than I brought it in. I will happily recommend Mercedes of Tucson in the future!
