A very quick & easy service to use. My laptop arrived within days of my order and everything was easy to follow and understand. My one problem was that I ordered a white laptop and received black (white was on the invoice). I could have sent it back but it was a gift for my daughter and I did not have enough time - nevertheless this did not spoil my experience - Thank you
