This is how you run a service entertainment business. If you are a fan of opera, you can do no better than Lyric. I know there are so many critics out there but I am referring to their customer service. There are only two approaches, "How can we help you? What would you like?"

Need to change? no problem! Want to try another seat for a different experience? no problem!. Got sick and don't want to infect a few hundred patrons? no problem! Need help figuring out what you want to see? no problem! Pederson Room can be hit or miss, but customer service is excellent. Yes, it is expensive but still cheaper than NYC.
