I went to Sesi Mazda today. I was pleased with the encounter until the appraisal for my trade in. I was floored by the low ball offer and was told that they "called 3 other dealerships" to obtain the price. Interesting, since I was offered over double (more than $4000) by a Chevrolet dealer using Kelly Blue Book instant offer, while I watched the salesman enter all the data for transparency. They told me to sell my car and use the money to come back and lease from them and did not appear willing to negotiate their price. I would be hard pressed to give them any of money or business in the future and will be seeking out offers from alternate Mazda dealers (and maybe just picking Chevy).

I am giving 2 stars since I did find the sales people to be generally pleasant.
