I'd rate lower, but lettings is a sharky business at the best of times.

Inordinately fond of their 6-month contracts, presumably to harvest admin fees. The tenancy contracts and paperwork are a bit sloppy and could use a good ironing out.

Property maintenance is mostly up to scratch with all major issues fixed, but not always without a struggle. Expected to provide my own lawn mower to maintain the garden as contractually obliged, as well as key to access the meter box in order to satisfy utility companies.

In conclusion, quite a few irritations and never a pleasure to interact with, but so far have upheld their end of the deal.
