The restaurant is a cool spot. We sat on the patio and while we were greeted quickly, a server never came and I had to get up and go to the bar to order drinks. I will make note that while we loved our (expensive) margarita s, the bartender was sweating and combing his hair back with his hands as it was long and in his face. Not exactly kosher to keep doing that and making drinks. Even though it was a hot day, still not something you want to see. And yet we were still intrigued by the spot and asked to speak to the manager/event coordinator regarding info for a bridal shower. She was inside and the waiter came back and told us that she said to go to the website or email them. Strange way to service a possible client who s there physically. We went inside to use the bathroom and she very visibly walked away when she saw us walk in. At that point she lost a customer and a good sale. We re hosting a bridal shower of 50 people. I then came to find out my cousin actually reached out two times for wedding info to that same email the waiter was instructed to give us and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. Any insight into why the event coordinator/manager didn t want to speak to us in person and why the email they claim to use for event info isn t responsive? Or are they just selective? Makes you wonder.
