Unfortunately we were informed that there was a pool at booking but found out at check-in that it had been removed. Such a let down when traveling with kids. Definitely geared more toward the business traveler rather than families. Elevators are very small and crowded and there were only 2 operating on our visit.

Do not use the valet parking!!! Valet parking was an absolute nightmare with the attendant losing our car keys and delaying our departure by over 6 hours resulting in a locksmith needing to rekey the car. I will note however that the hotel staff was very helpful in assisting with the situation even though the valet parking company is a separate entity.
