I have been here twice, love the idea of the place...I donate and use Amazon smile to get them what I can. Went there today for my birthday, they advertised wild nights. Well aware the closing would be 8:15 according to their schedule we were rushed out. We walked into the gift shop at 8 on the dot and immediately met with hostility, they were yelling at us that they close at 8 and we need to get out. Why couldn't they just politely say, I am sorry but we are now closed? Both times I've been here, have had similar experiences with rude staff. If you hate visitors so much then why even bother? Its unfortunate. Then further looking into the reviews and seeing the condensing responses from the owner like a child trying to argue was the end for me.
