I have seen opinions here and on FB where people share very bad experiences, especially if you need to validate a guarantee or refund. Fortunately, in my case, my order arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition, so far without any hiccups.

One area in which they must improve without a doubt is in offering free shipping, since they can be very expensive, especially when you consider that other stores, such as PCEL, do not charge shipments above a certain purchase amount.
