Today we receive an order from a community of owners to certify the condition of a "sidewalk" widely used by parents and children from the "Dominicas Vistabella" and "Cisneros Alter" schools on the General highway from Santa Cruz to La Laguna. They are forced to walk along the edge of the road, without it being enabled as a sidewalk. Pitiful. It would cost little to the City Council to enable a real sidewalk.
