I ordered a part on their website and the part specifically for my VIN number was wrong as the part number online is off by 1 digit from the part that they pull up in their system. Spoke to someone in their parts department yesterday 03/17/2020 afternoon that was vary unhelpful and not willing to work with me to get the wrong part exchanged, he told me that I would have to pay for new parts in full even though as stated before I put my vin number in on the website and got the part designated for my specific vehicle. My wife called in this morning and spoke with Mike in the parts department who was very understanding to what has happened. He called me back a little past 09AM and worked with me to get the correct parts mailed out to me today without me losing any money which was very stressful as the original cost was over $150.00. He was very professional and put my mind at ease since the original cost was so high and being with my original call yesterday we would have lost out on $150.00 per that parts department rep. Thank you so much Mike it is highly appreciated and keep up the good work!
