Excellent Hotel to stay at within blocks of the convention center. I stay at this hotel annually for Gen Con convention and the staff here really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is excellent. Any time there is an issue they are quick to rectify it and follow up. Look forward to staying at this hotel every year..
