My experience with Gwinnett Place Honda is always great. The staff who make appointments are always friendly. I also use the online appointment scheduling to make appointments which is super convenient.

The service advisors always treat me with respect. They are never pushy. They provide me with recommendations for my vehicle. I don't feel they are trying to scam me into paying for services I don't need.

Last, I appreciate the courtesy shuttle. The drivers are friendly and respectful. The shuttle drop off service allows me to get my errands and work done while my car is being worked on.
