Bought a new bike there yesterday 9-28-19.

The sales person Tyler, was fantastic, offering different bikes to try out...no pressure...(I hate pressure) Just this is as good a deal as we can go on the bike....no back and fourth shaving off a few bucks here and there...we had a price we agreed, no games played.....a professional transaction.

In the business office Maggie was fantastic going quickly over the things I did not have an interest in....no hard selling here as well....and the things I did have interest in we went in depth on and she answered the questions I had.

At the end they had a person going over the bike with me....I cut her short as you could hear the thunder coming and I hoped to get home before the storms hit.

If I had to say a bad thing about the entire new bike experience it would be the ride home in the thunder storm, while wearing minimal gear....riding a brand new bike home in rain that was later determined at 2 inches an hour was not the best ride.....but I figure if me and the new bike can deal with this we can take on anything.
