Are you white, under 30, and male? Then you have a shot at being hired! This is the worst company I've encountered. I thankfully didn't have much contact with the COO Jim Williams, but even the small amount of time I spent around him was unbearable. The least professional man I've ever met. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT APPLY to work at this terrible company.
