Had some issues. The building itself, the rooms and the service were perfectly good, however a significant part of the stay was ruined hence, the reduced score to serve as a warning to others : the evenings, specifically the levels of noise were appalling. I live in London, I'm used to loud people but I go on holiday to avoid it. I stayed here for 4 days, and every night I was woken up at between 4am and 6am by drunk morons coming back from the clubs on the shore. The worst was the Saturday night when a group of lads sat and finished their booze for hours in their room on the balcony at 6am, playing loud music and literally singing at the top of their lungs for over an hour. I phoned down, asked them to send someone up, security came and did a polite knock and had a meek word with them. When that made absolutely no difference, I phoned again, reception stopped answering my calls. I phoned 5 times and left it to ring on the 5th until they had to answer. They sent the security guy up again who said the exact same thing. They should have got the police to pull them out and stick them out on the street, not a polite security check to issue a weakly worded note. Completly and utterly useless. It went on for 1.5 hours suffice to say I didn't get back to sleep. And this was a 5 star hotel and a suite I stayed in - it should have been better handled. It's clear this is a stag style lads holiday destination and the hotel is accommodating this. Either turn up security on the doors at night or tell groups of guests coming in that they should behave themselves when they get back late at night. In the very very least put up signs in the corridors asking people to respect noise levels.

In addition, on two separate occasions the key cards stopped working, and when your coming back from the beach, desperate for a shower it is beyond frustrating to continously find yourself locked out and having to speak to reception who only offer basic 'it's been stopped for some reason' based on other reviews this seems to be a common problem so perhaps some investigation of the process or issue might be in order.
