Service Dept DOES NOT Return Phone Calls! I bought my 2015 Chevy Silverado from Jerry Seiner in early March of 2017 and it took 3 months and countless phone calls for them to install trailer mirrors that were promised as part of the purchase. Ultimately, I had to contact the dealership general manager to finally get the mirror situation resolved after getting the runaround from the service department for months. I recently experienced issues with my driver assist system (apparently a known issue with the 2014/15/16 models) and made an appointment last week to bring the truck in yesterday. I dropped it off 40 minutes before my scheduled AM appt time and have not heard a word back from the service department. I have called ten times and have now left 6 voicemails with different people and two receptionists have said they would get to the bottom of the situation, but still nothing---I was told everyone is in meetings. No one mentioned keeping my truck overnight and I can't reach a living sole in the service department! I have owned Chevy's my entire life and this is my first experience with Jerry Seiner and can't imagine continuing any sort of service relationship with this dealership. Unfortunately, I bought an extended warranty with my truck and was told it is non-transferrable, which is a shame as I don't want to continue dealing with all the service department issues I've experienced with Jerry Seiner thus far. So disappointed and frustrated! Had no idea they would keep my truck for two days without any communication from anyone in the service department. This is no way to run a business or treat customers.
