Horrible!!! We bought tickets to see Avengers and ...

Horrible!!! We bought tickets to see Avengers and drove 60 miles just to find out our tickets were "refunded" because somebody else bought em. We didn't got an email or anything notifying us about it. Such a disappointment :/
