Warm, friendly, were not pushy. Had their own bottles of water and popcorn for a snack to pass the time by!

All the people were friendly but not overkill.

I was able to walk away to think of a purchase without feeling guilty!

Definitely would recommend. They also have a great warranty, and offer fair trade in values for cars.
