Went to a late lunch with my son with high expectations for The Boulevard. We hadn't been there since it was Houston's, which we remembered fondly. What a disappointment! My son had a burger(it was ok) because the steak we wanted was $33.00! What! This isn't a tourist destination in Metairie! Let's face it, it's not Ruth's! I had the 1/2 rack of ribs and asked for the BBQ sauce on the side. The ribs were so skinny, dry and tough, they tasted like jerky! Barely any meat on these ribs! So we basically paid $15.00 for French fries! And to top it off, the service was minimal. We will NEVER go back! If I could give it a zero rating, I would!
