Ive worked with Guaranty Federal Mortgage on a previous buy and sell, and I was very satisfied with the team work and services put forth. With this most recent buy my family and I are more than thoroughly pleased with hard work and time placed into making sure we were taken care of every step of the way and in a phenomenal time frame (10 days shorter than expected) during this pandemic and not always being able to be at full staff due to the affects. They stayed professional and didn't give any excuses to slow things down. Not only did we get great service but we were well educated during the process.
