If you want a pleasant experience shopping for a new car, you HAVE to see Mark Ladd @ David McDavid Honda of Frisco. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, was very upfront, and quite pleasant. He was very patient with us when we had an unexpected delay in purchasing our car and followed up when we asked him. We were thrilled to deal with him when we were ready. Naturally, the dealership has to go through the motions of covering everything but I don't know if I could of done it without Mark Ladd's help!
