The person who assisted us was not really friendly. He even did a mistake with the patient before us putting an incorrect vaccine and he had to have another shot, luckily the receptionist realized and told him. He was constantly looking at his watch like if he was in a hurry, and didn't give us any advice. We had the feeling it was a lose of time.
