I had placed an order for 6 items for my new puppy...

I had placed an order for 6 items for my new puppy. When the page came it was missing one item. I called the support line and after a brief hold I was conectes to a support agent based in the USA. They where supper friendly and explained that the item was not in stock at the time and I was not charged. She stated it was back in stock and expressed shipped to me the next day. It was a fast \ easy to get my issue resolved and I wish every customer service # was this helpful. They have gained a customer for life.
