Our kids have been enrolled in the Raritan Valley ...

Our kids have been enrolled in the Raritan Valley YMCA Aquatics program for 6 years now, first for swimming lessons and the summer swim program, and lately as member of Riptide, the Raritan Valley YMCA 's stellar swim team. Throughout the years, the wonderful aquatics staff has done an excellent job of teaching our sons swimming skills -- but what stands out even more in our personal experience is how staff continuously emphasized sportsmanship, self-esteem and self-respect, friendship, respect for others, goal-setting and team-building -- in the formative years where our sons soaked these messages up like sponges.

We appreciate all the years of sound instruction, coaching, and modeling and we feel fortunate to continue to be a part of the YMCA family.
We also want to give a special shout-out to the Raritan Valley YMCA's fantastic swim teachers and coaches who always go the twenty extra miles for these kids, tirelessly. Thank you all great staff!
