How do you give negative stars? Working with Clarity pretty much gave me and my team PTSD. I am not being hyperbolic. We were given a quote based on a signed scope document and now, 2 years later and after paying them more than double what we signed for - we are still fixing what they gave us with another developer. Clarity's Ecom platform is buggy and the repercussions of switching to it are still impacting revenue and customer experience. The search doesn't work, shipping doesn't work, filters don't work, there is no sorting to speak of, products are not set up properly, none of our SEO was set up, we have run into security issues. We needed to do QA for them as well as UAT. We did not have one demo where it worked all the way through, and launch date and costs kept moving back and up. They seem very nice and I am sure some of them are nice people, but I would never hire them again and I would tell others to run in the other direction.

And btw - Ron Halverson works for Clarity. Or at least he did when he sold us this bag of goods.
