I am a happy customer. My home is now sealed up and more energy efficient. Based on my experience, I give American Installation four out of five stars. The path to get here had a couple bumps but everything was addressed to my complete satisfaction. We all make mistakes. What mattered to me was how American Installation responded to my feedback. They responded quickly. They took responsibility. They apologized for the misses. The sent in the A-team and they fixed the issues. They used it as an opportunity to train team members and learn. But I also don't want to lose track of the fact that 90% of the work had been done well to begin with. And when they had some extra foam insulation they added a couple inches more than they needed to in the attic. They didn't have to do that but they did and my family and I will benefit from that for years to come. Thanks, American Installation! - The "Christmas Tree Lights" house.
