Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota is the MOST outstanding, caring auto dealership I have ever done business with. My salesman, Mike Sopala, provided stellar customer service throughout the entire purchase process. He went the extra mile introducing me to my 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata prior to purchase via video walkaround, pictures, and promptly responded to all of my questions. Chris Impson, sales manager, answered all of my questions and concerns, performed a walkaround of the car, filled me in on the history of the little beauty, and explained Hickory Toyota's Lifetime Powertrain and Transmission Warranty. Chris, Finance Manager, assisted me through the financing process, and took the time to find me the lowest interest rate based on my credit score. Hickory Toyota team members are ON THE BALL!
