- Became an unsolicited patient at this practice. After telephone contact it appears that they have taken over patients from my previous dentist who had stopped. This without any form of information about the patients.
- First appointment was okay, check-up as well (This treatment room had a nice professional blonde assistant). Rear molar slightly sharpened so that it was less sharp. Afterwards I could go straight to the dental hygienist who asked what type of health insurance I had and based on that a quote so that it was exactly within my care500 (480.00) for this appointment and the next. Never had such high bills from my previous dental hygienist before (Usually between 60 and 80 euros). I got a huge Factory feeling where as much money as possible had to be earned and had nothing to do with healthcare.
- Once home at the first bite of food, a piece of molar broken off right away, just the one that was slightly sharpened (No coincidence?) Made a new appointment and made it clear again, extra care needed because of my anxiety disorder, which was also known by the previous dentist. Would all be passed on and taken into account.
- During this second appointment, another treatment room and not even suggested by unknown assistants. I didn't know then that it wasn't a dentist, but an assistant. No information was given what was going on or what was going to happen, then asked myself and also made it clear about anxiety disorders and having difficulty with these kinds of agreements. The assistant's only reaction was that she also preferred to sit on that side of the chair. Later the dentist himself and unfortunately an anxiety attack. Asked if I could sit down and was first said NO by the assistant in a very annoying and hard way. Said again and sit down for yourself. Couldn't say and explain anything because the plastic object was in my mouth that stops mouth. Several times trying to indicate that I could not speak, but nothing was done and they left me shaking for minutes. Only after a few minutes the dentist took off the plastic thing and was able to explain what was going on. Dentist just said I just had to come over and nothing else. After a few minutes I indicated that I wanted to lie down so that I could finish. After the dentist had finished, he left again to another room without saying a word.

Definitely the worst experience ever and the dentist here apparently runs from one room to another to perform the treatments that only he is allowed to do and not the assistants. He has the rest of all work done by assistants. This in order to earn as much money as possible. The same with the oral hygiene department. Assistants / staff who do not introduce themselves or explain what is going on and will happen. If you want to sit down for a while, no is said in a nasty hard way. The dentist himself who, even after such an incident, walks away after he finishes without saying a word.

Apparently they have lost what a dental practice is all about for a long time and that is (oral) care provision.

If you are looking for a new dental practice, it is better to skip it and search a little further. That's exactly what I'm going to do now.
