I did not buy my car here but I trusted here because it near my house. I dropped off my car for check up and they was kind to send me home. They called to confirm that my parts would be replaced and I should have been charged for the parts only. Everything was good at this point.
However the next day when I came back, I was too rush to come to work, they said everything was done but the paper. And they charge me more than $1200 for labour and there was only over $500 for parts. I was so so rush so I couldn t do anything and the employee who I worked with the day before wasn t there. So I had to pay that much.
I know labor is essential but is that too much and they broke their promise?
