I spoke to Ryan about one of his roles within minutes of submitting my CV. I was impressed with the speed he got back to me, and had that been all then I would have remained impressed. However Ryan's understanding of the detailed subject matter in the specific requirement's his client had asked for was refreshing and welcome. It gave me confidence that I was being placed in the right role.
