I was just called a liar by the service representa...

I was just called a liar by the service representative. He was upset that I stated that I received conflicting advice regarding tires from two different service representatives. I received an online survey request, which I filled out stating my opinion. I received a second email from the manager asking if I had received a followup. I stated that I had not. This morning I received a phone call where the first representative asked me why I lied on the question by the manager, that I had in fact received an email. He continued to be rude and hostile so I hung up. He called back and continued to be hostile and again called me a liar. I told him that I had double-checked my email and that there was no follow-up email. He again stated that I was lying. He also stated that I lied about the time that I came in to pick up the car. I came just before 5pm. He said that I came in 30 minuted early and that was why my car was not washed. (The only car that had not been washed.)

I will never go to that shop again. The only time I will ever go there is to turn in my lease.
