Service was really bad starting with front desk the guy told me we will give you a room that is close to the lobby because thats what i asked for then I discover that i have to walk for 5 minuets to get to the elevator of my room.

I got room #243 had to wait more than 45 minutes for my bag. I ordered dinner eat my food without getting my bag.

Room was not clean the room smelled so bad i think there is kitchen vent that leeks the odders to the room you can smell onions. bathroom has alot of fungus in the shower area so bad.

Valet service is so bad the only treat you well if you tip them either you tip or self park. One guy asked me are you staying here? i told him yes then he looks at me and says are you sure? I say yes again then he says write your name and room number for me on a paper, keep in mind he was in charge of the valet (manager) that night,
never had this experience in any hotel even though i have been to less rated hotels.
